At warungcod.my.id, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, because we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services and ship physical products, we establish clear rules regarding product returns and refunds to prevent any misunderstandings.Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Conditions

We only accept product returns and/or refund requests if they meet one of the following conditions:
  • The product received is severely damaged, defective from manufacturing, or broken upon arrival.
  • The product delivered does not match the order details (wrong color, wrong size, or completely wrong item).
  • The product components or accessories are incomplete/missing.

2. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video

⚠️- IMPORTANT: We do not accept any return or refund claims without an official Unboxing Video (video recording of opening the package).
  • The video must be recorded from the very beginning before the package is opened (still fully wrapped with the shipping label/receipt clearly visible).
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and unpaused (no pause/cuts).
  • Claims for damages or missing items must be submitted within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours after the package status is marked as "Delivered" by the courier system.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items approved for exchange or return must be in the following conditions:
  • Unused, unwashed, and not worn outdoors.
  • Product tags/labels must still be intact and attached (if applicable).
  • The original product box/packaging must be returned in good condition and not destroyed.

4. Return & Refund Procedure

Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our Customer Service team, the next steps are as follows:
  • Product Exchange (Return): We will ship a brand-new replacement product after the damaged/incorrect item arrives back at our warehouse. We will fully cover the return and reshipping costs if the mistake was on our end.
  • Monetary Refund: If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the product price. The refund transfer takes 1–3 business days to your designated bank account, processed only after the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse.

5. Exclusions (Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable)

We do not accept returns or refunds if:
  • The buyer changes their mind after opening the package (e.g., "changed my mind," "don't like the color," "no longer need it").
  • The damage occurred due to buyer negligence while using or handling the product.
  • The buyer selected the wrong variation (wrong size/color) while filling out the order form on the website.
  • For COD Orders: The buyer refuses to pay the courier upon delivery without a valid, legally justifiable reason or without recorded proof of opening the package with the courier present.
